Documentation: A Key to Openness

Without good documentation, open source flounders. This presentation will examine the joys and disasters of open source documentation and survey some new approaches to creating documentation through community collaboration. (Why are info documents so deeply reviled? How can bugzilla and wikis be used to create documentation? Where have all the man pages gone, and does anyone really use DocBook?).
